Cancellation Policy – Hotel R.K Residency

No Refund Policy applicable
Guests are required to notify the hotel about cancellations at least 48 hours before their scheduled arrival.
Confirmed group bookings must be communicated in prior to the group’s arrival.
Additionally, cancellations made within 48 hours of the guest’s arrival will incur a 25% supplement charge.
Cancellations made within 24 hours will incur a 100% supplement charge.
Cancellations made within less than the specified time frame will incur a charge equivalent to one night’s room fee.
